SALES MANAGER IN CHARGE OF HEAVY COMMERCIAL VEHICLE PARTS

 

REQUIREMENTS:

A dynamic individual who has a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the commercial vehicle engine parts sector with exposure in MNC. Arabic/English Speaker. Pleasing Personality. A good natured person.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills. 

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and commercial vehicle engine parts.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.

  • Result-oriented with focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets

RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial vehicle engine parts.

TEAM LEADERSHIP: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and team goals.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

MARKET ANALYSIS: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

 

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Develop an in-depth understanding of our commercial vehicle engine parts and effectively communicate their value to customers and potential customers alike.

SALES FORECASTING: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets, and report on performance regularly.

NEGOTIATION: Engage in negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements.
